Rice and Paellas

Rice is one of our most recognized specialties. In our menu you can find up to 12 varieties depending on the season.

Meat offers us an infinite range of recipes. From grilled meats, baked or stews that make us travel to those kitchens that cook slowly and in a conscious way. In our menu you will find many options, including what we call "endangered dishes", which claim those stews that over time we have stopped preparing in our home, but which are simply exquisite. Some suggestions are:

  • Duck magret with candied chestnuts and red fruits

The seas offers us their fish and seafood, which we cook with old recipes and that continue to amaze us. Some dishes that are never missing in the restaurant are:

Every day, our pastry team prepares all the desserts. Some of them, created in our kitchen as the Pijama are already a classic of Catalan cuisine, and all of them are a sweet pleasure impossible to resist.

  • Catalan crème brûlée with cinnamon.

    A classic among classics. A sweet cream with a special touch of cinnamon and a thin layer of sugar that looks like glass.

  • Mr. Paco dessert alone or with coffee and Grand Marnier

    Created in 1960, it’s an ice cream biscuit with burnt sugar, crumbled nougat and cream.

  • Classic Pijama.
    The name Pijama is a phonetic resource invented by Mr. Paco Parellada when officials of the United State Sixth Fleet (1951) raskd for the desserts known worldwide as "Peach Melba", to make it easier ti understand. It combines cold ice cream with other sweet elements, in this case, crème caramel, cream and crystalli-sed fruit.
